Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rankavio's Snap6 AI Photo Studio app (“Service”), provided via the Shopify App Store. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the merchant account you represent.
1. The Service
Rankavio helps Shopify merchants generate professional, category-specific AI product photography from a single uploaded image, and provides supporting tools such as SEO audits and competitor analysis.
2. Subscription Plans & Credits
Rankavio offers Free, Solo, Pro, and Premium plans, each with a monthly AI credit allowance as described on the Pricing page and inside the app's Billing section.
Credits are consumed when you generate photo sets, run refinements, SEO audits, or competitor analyses. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period and reset monthly.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Shopify's billing system, in accordance with Shopify's Merchant of Record terms and your Shopify Partner/store agreement.
3. Changing or Cancelling Your Plan
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page inside the app.
Cancelling moves your store to the Free plan immediately. Any unused credits for the current period are forfeited, and Shopify will apply any applicable proration or credit to your store account in accordance with its billing policies.
4. Acceptable Use
By using the Service, you agree that you:
- Own or have the necessary rights to any product photos you upload, and to the products and brands shown in them.
- Will not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that depicts real people without consent.
- Will not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or use it in a way that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
5. Your Content & AI-Generated Output
You retain ownership of the product photos you upload and of the AI-generated images created for your store. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the Service.
AI-generated images are produced using third-party machine learning models and may occasionally contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it to your store or elsewhere.
6. Service Availability
The Service depends on third-party providers (including Shopify, AI model providers, and cloud infrastructure). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankavio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or if required by Shopify.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
